To me, the turtle is a beautiful representation of three things that build a healthy life. resilience, perseverance, and a supportive environment that allows one to grow. When born turtle hatchlings must make their way to the water by themselves. Many birds and sharks prey on these young turtles. Attempting to eat them as they fight their way to the ocean. If they reach safety in the water, the environment they find supports them to become big healthy sea turtles.
Much like today, many people deal with things in life that may be hard and require resilience as well as perseverance. However, as long as we have a supportive environment around us we can grow to become the best versions of ourselves.
